Session User Survey: What Drives You to Join Online Communities?
October 21, 2024 / Wesley Sukh
Online communities are evolving rapidly, and Session is committed to creating a space where users can connect securely and meaningfully. To help shed light on what makes communities valuable to Session users, you’re invited to participate in a new survey. This is a chance to share your thoughts on what drives you to join communities and the experiences you value most. It takes just 3-5 minutes to complete!
What This Survey Is About
Session wants to know what draws you into communities and what keeps you engaged once you’re there. The survey will cover the following topics.
Why you join: What makes you decide to join a community on Session? Is it the opportunity to connect with new people, learn new things, or find a space that aligns with your interests?
Your experience as a member: What aspects of being part of a community make it worthwhile? What keeps you active and engaged?
Your activity in communities: How often do you check in with communities you’re part of? What are your favourite ways to contribute?
How to Participate
The survey takes only a few minutes, and all responses will remain confidential. There’s also an option to contribute further through follow-up user testing or interviews if you’re interested. You can access the survey here.
Please note that the survey is conducted via SurveyMonkey. You can read their privacy policy here.
